About Our Pastor

Pastor Warren R. Muir, Jr. is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Victorious Church Inc., a vibrant, Spirit-filled ministry located in Jacksonville, Florida. Known for his passion for preaching, compassionate leadership, and commitment to community impact, Pastor Muir is a man of God whose life and ministry are dedicated to transforming lives through the power of Jesus Christ.

He first acknowledged his call to preach the Gospel in May 2003 and received his Certificate of License on October 12, 2003, under the leadership of Pastor Melvin Jordan at Mt. Canaan Missionary Baptist Church. In June 2005, he followed the leading of the Holy Spirit to The Bethel Church in Jacksonville, where he served under Bishop Rudolph McKissick, Sr. and Bishop Rudolph McKissick, Jr. During his tenure there, he faithfully held the roles of Youth Pastor and Pastor of Kingdom Kare Outreach Ministries. His commitment to ministry was further affirmed when he received his Certificate of Ordination in July 2010.

Pastor Muir’s reach extends far beyond the church walls. As a Chapel Speaker, he has delivered the message of hope and redemption at various institutions, including the Florida State Prison System, Duval County Jail, the City Rescue Mission, and the JC Johnson Senior Center. Whether ministering to incarcerated men, the homeless, or senior citizens, his heart is to serve and uplift those often overlooked by society.

He is a graduate of Jacksonville Theological Seminary and holds a certificate from the Minister’s Academy Program of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. He is also a Certified Life Coach through Operation New Hope, where he mentors men transitioning from incarceration back into society. His approach combines biblical wisdom with practical tools for restoration and growth.

Pastor Muir is also the visionary behind It Takes Two, a ministry designed to strengthen and restore marriages through monthly gatherings that offer real conversations, practical tools, and spiritual guidance. He shares life and ministry with his beloved wife, Alice D. Muir, and together they are the proud parents of six beautiful children and four amazing grandchildren. Their marriage and family are living testaments of God’s grace and faithfulness.

Fun Fact: Pastor Muir once baptized 48 people in a single service—a powerful moment that reflects his heart for evangelism and discipleship.
